Utilization of long-standing sludge sediment at the filtration fields of the Aeration Station of Bortnychi (2015-2016)
Within the scope of this project, BPO has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with PJSC «Kievvodokanal», under which we assume the following responsibilities:
- Execution of technical and engineering works aimed at utilizing sludge sediments at the filtration fields
- Improvement of environmental conditions in the adjacent area
- Accident risk reduction and prevention of ingress of wastewater under treatment into subterranean waters or water supply system
- Computation and analysis of geochemical and microbiological contents of the soil
- Drafting sludge utilization technology with the help of highly qualified partners and subcontractors
